There is a $12 Consignor fee to participate, that helps offset the cost of organizing the event. After you register, you will receive a link to purchase your "Consignor Ticket" that will reserve your spot and also choose your dropoff time!

SECOND: Go to EVENTBRITE and purchase your Consignor Ticket. You will be asked to pay your $12 Consignor Fee with a credit card as well as choose your dropoff time.
***Pre-purchasing this Consignor Ticket will secure your consignor spot for the upcoming sale. Your Consignor fee is Non-Refundable should your plans change. You WILL be able to log back into your account to change the dropoff time if necessary.
*The Eventbrite site will close at 10pm on Monday, March 17th. Make sure to purchase your consignor ticket before then!

Perfection Inspection Policy
If you have 3 OR LESS items pulled during dropoff AND during the sale, PLUS you meet ALL of the criteria below, you will be added to our "Perfect Consignor" list! This list allows you to BYPASS INSPECTION at the next sale (which can save you a lot of time!)
Additional Criteria considered:
*THREE OR LESS items pulled at dropoff AND DURING the sale
Must have consigned with us 2 times
*Must bring at least 100 items and mixture of clothes/non-clothing
*Must arrive with everything tagged correctly, only plastic hangers, etc.
*Barcodes must be legible & scan properly
*Must sell 50% or more so we know you price to sell
*This list will be updated after each sale and is at the discretion of the sale owners.
*Once on the list, you will stay on our list until we have reason to take you off and ask you to go through inspection again.
*This same list is good at the Coon Rapids, Maple Grove or Eagan JBF sales that we run. Other Twin Cities JBF sales may keep their own list.

How Dropoff Works for our Perfect Consignors:
*We’ll have a Perfect Consignors self check-in space at dropoff where you’ll fill out the consignor waiver and any large item claim tickets, then you will go directly to putting out your items. (NO Inspection for you lucky duck!) We'll check you in on the computer later so you don't need to wait for that either! We’ll be around if you have any Q’s.
We DO want you to register for a dropoff time in Eventbrite so we have adequate racks, but you can come EITHER day of drop-off and will NOT need to wait in any lines. (Yippee!)
Tagging guns are OPTIONAL, but do help to make tagging your clothes go much faster! Purchase a tagging gun kit through our ebay store HERE.
We also sell bags of 200 large pins for $4, replacement bags of 1000 barbs for $4. Email Kris to purchase these items.
You can purchase a tagging kit or safety pins at our New Consignor Workshops too! (see class info at left).
When using a tagging gun, tag ONLY in the SEAM of the clothing or through the clothing size tag, so you don't put a hole in clothes! Items with holes from tagging barbs will be rejected at dropoff if not tagged properly. To ensure tags stay put, some consignors also put a small piece of scotch tape over the tag/barb area.
Starting Spring 2014, you will need to: 1- REGISTER as a Consignor in your JBF Profile 2-PURCHASE a CONSIGNOR TICKET through Eventbrite to prepay your Consignor fee AND Choose your dropoff time *Eventbrite link closes Monday 3/17 @ 10pm
2 Dropoff Days Available:
Tuesday, March 18th: 2-7:30pm: Schedule your dropoff today for those with OVER 200 items OR those on our Perfect Consignor List *Bringing OVER 300 items you must also register for a sorting shift or be charged a $20 sorting fee
Wed. March 19th: 10am-8pm: Schedule your dropoff today for those bringing UNDER 200 items OR those on our Perfect Consignor List
Second Dropoff: Fri., March 21st, 5-7pm The second dropoff is for anything EXCEPT hanging clothing. Tags for this dropoff can be entered up until you come on Friday night and you do NOT need to shedule a dropoff time.
Pick up for all Consignors: Pickup will be Thurs. March 27th; 2-7pm
*All items not picked up by 7:01pm will be immediately donated to our charity and a tax receipt issued. Sorry, no exceptions!
In a nutshell- you gather and clean your items then pay a per-item fee for us to tag your items for you and you still earn the full 60% on your sales or 70% if you can also help out during the event!
